When construction is completed, the 31 unit Osterly Park Townhomes will be the first true townhouse development in Tukwila - individually owned units on individually owned lots. Amenities include sidewalks and traffic calming devices, street trees and planted arbors along the sidewalks, and lush planting throughout the development. Two large central spaces were reserved for a playground, plaza, open lawn, picnic area, and other outdoor gathering spaces.
